CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST - EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS IN PSYCHIATRY
I am a dual accredited Consultant Psychiatrist with a Masters in Medical Ethics & Law and have been extensively trained in providing Expert Witness Reports, Independent Psychiatric Reports and giving Evidence in Court by leading training organisations in the UK.
I have been preparing expert witness psychiatric reports since 1999 and have provided reports in a number of high profile cases including a significant number of VHCC and have been instructed by some of the leading law firms and insurance companies in the UK including the Treasury Solicitors, HMRC and cases in the London High Court.
I prepare a number of Expert Witness reports annually for; Solicitors: Employers and Insurance companies
I have a particular interest in Multi-track / VHCC compensation claim cases, Children’s Act / Family Care Proceedings and Employment Matters; Employment Tribunals, Equality Act / Disability Discrimination Act Assessments.
I prepare a significant number of reports as a Single Joint Expert.
